I started in agencies and moved into product teams because I wanted to see what I designed actually work. Fifteen years later, the work is the same at the core: reduce ambiguity, make decisions under constraint, and ship something a real team can build.

I've led design systems, onboarding flows, and zero-to-one products at companies where unclear UX costs real money: Klarna , Rakbank , Guesty , Wolt , EasyPark , Amazon . That's not a list for name-dropping, it means I've worked in fintech compliance, payment flows, mobile-first at scale, and multi-platform consolidation.

I don't work through briefs or a PM acting as translator. I sit in the problem with the team, from the rough idea. One person, no account manager, no handoff chain. What you send me comes back as a decision, a flow, or a prototype.

I use AI tools as part of how I work, not as a marketing angle. The feedback loop between product direction and prototype is shorter than it used to be. I also build my own products, Daygrain is my current iOS experiment. Building solo forces product judgment that consulting alone doesn't.
