I tried Figma Weave this week. Node-based editor. You wire image, video, audio, and 3D models into one canvas. The output of one node feeds the next.

It changed how I think about my own work. The unit stops being the artifact. It becomes the workflow. Once a flow works, you reuse it, tweak parameters, hand it off, scale it.

This is the same shift that hit engineering a decade ago. People stopped writing single scripts and started composing pipelines. Designers are walking into that turn now, late but with better tools.

Pick the AI task you repeat most this week. Mocks, copy variants, image cleanup. Build it once as a flow in Weave or ComfyUI. Run it three times before changing anything. The third run is when the leverage shows up.
